An NYC-based aerialist trained on silks, hammock and lyra, Tegan spends a lot of her best hours throwing herself around in the air and a good chunk of the rest brainstorming ways to fly higher and stronger. Tegan is always striving to improve: she uses every moment of her performances to make beautiful shapes, tell stories with the music, surprise audiences with sudden drops or showcase her fluidity. She found her love of performing as a competitive ballroom dancer and brings the same glamor, drama and musicality to her aerial work. She started aerial arts under Cirque artist Autumn Lotus in California and continues to develop her practice in NYC. Tegan has performed at venues such as the Slipper Room and the Muse in NYC, the multi-day music festival Lucidity, and at the stunning Nesbitt Estate in Summerland for a Dream Foundation event.
